KELUHAN IBU PREMENOPAUSE DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS MERDEKA BOGOR

ABSTRAK
Sindrom menopause berdampak pada penurunan kualitas hidup pada masa menopause.Sangat diperlukan persiapan menjelang
menopause berupa dukungan sosial, kepercayaan diri dan sikap positif terhadap keluhan yang dialami sehingga wanita dapat
menerima menopause sebagai karunia karena bersifat normal. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh senam aerobik terhadap
pengurangan keluhan pra menopause, berdasarkan frekuensi, intensitas, tipe, time (FITT).
Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Merdeka, karena sudah melaksanakan program senam sehat bagi lansia yang
pesertanya tergabung pula ibu-ibu menjelang menopause. Desain penelitian adalah pre-experimental design, yaitu one group pretest
post-test dilakukan pada 23 responden. Kegiatan senam dilakukan dua kali dalam satu minggu selama enam minggu.Uji
normalitas menggunakan Shapiro Wilk dan uji statistik non parametric menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon.
Hasil analisis nilai signifikansi 0,00 (p < 0,05) untuk keluhan vasomotorik, psikis dan 0,03 (p < 0,05) untuk keluhan somatik.
Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna sebelum senam dan sesudah mengikuti senam aerobik.Perlu kiranya program
senam aerobic low impact dilaksanakan secara rutin bagi iibu-ibu pre menopause dalam upaya mencegah dan mengurangi
keluhan pre menopause.

THE EFFECT OF LOW IMPACT AEROBIC EXERCISES ON THE DECREASE OF PRE MENOPAUSAL ILLNESSES
ABSTRACT
Menopause syndrome affects on the decreasing the quality of life during menopause period. Preparations before menopause are
extremely required, such as social support, confidence, and positive thinking towards the ilness experienced so that women
accept menopause as a gift which is humanly normal (Astari, Tarawan dan Sekarwana, 2014). This research aimed at observing
the effects of aerobic excercise on the decrease of the pre menopausal ilnesses, in terms of the frequency, intensity, type, and time
(FITT). The research was done at the area surrounding Puskesmas Merdeka , Bogor City. The area was selected since it has
been cunducting an aerobic exercise for elder people including premenopausal women. Research design was pre-experimental
design, consisting of one group pre-test post-test cunducted on 23 respondents. The aerobic exercise was done twice a week for
six weeks. Normality test was done Shapiro Wilk and non parametic statistic test was done by using Wilcoxon test.
Analysis results show significance level of 0,00 (p<0,05) for vasomotoric and psychology, and significance level of 0,03 (p <
0,05) for somatic ilnesses.
It was concluded that there is significant effect between before and after joining aerobic exercise. It is suggested for
premenopausal women to join the low impact aerobic exercise regularly in order to reduce the pre menopausal ilnesses.
